I'm an award-winning Australian television producer & multimedia journalist based in Melbourne, Australia. Formerly based in Hong Kong and Egypt, I work with video, photography and multimedia production methods to explore in-depth, factual human stories.

In 2011, I was awarded a Walkley Award for Online Journalism, Australian's highest honour in the trade, for work with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Online Investigations Unit. In 2013, he was nominated for a second Walkley award, the Nikon-Walkley Award for Feature Photography, for work covering the overthrow of Egypt’s first democratically elected President, Mohammed Morsi, for Getty Images. In 2019 I was shortlisted for a Quill Award for Issue Coverage, for a series of stories covering the 2019 Hong Kong protest movement for The Project on Network Ten.

I've worked in Iran, Israel/Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Japan, Thailand, Jordan, Egypt, Greenland, Burma, Nepal, the Caribbean Islands and French Polynesia, among other corners of the world. My work has been published by The New York Times, The Guardian, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Network Ten Australia, The Sydney Morning Herald, Getty Images and ABC News.
